I have converted a Word 2007 document into a PDF using Acrobat Professional 8.
My word document has multiple JPEG included in them. However after I converted the document, those JPEG look compressed and lost a lot of quality.
Even after playing with multiple conversion settings (ZIP images, turning off resampling or resize) the images still look compressed.
Is it possible to have a PDF to be an exact replica of the word document as I see it on my monitor? The size of the document is not important.

I found the culprit, but can't fix it.
When I insert pictures in Word, it resizes it automatically, to something bigger than what it is if I open int in Photoshop.
If I scale it to 75% it displays exactly as in Photoshop. However when creating the PDF, it resizes the picture back.
Is there a fix to this?

Here are two examples of what I mean:

As you can see the 100% in PDF is larger than the 100% in Word, thus distorting the images. But I tried looking at the document in PDF at every % from 85-100 and nothing displays the images quite right.
Is there a way to convert the document so it is IDENTICAL to what I see in Word?
