I would like to have a contractor timesheet developed in LiveCycle. A simple form where the contractor enters the date, start time, end time, break time, comments and some reference data eg name, client name, job #, week end date

I understand that LiveCycle will generate a 2d barcode that can be reliably read once transmitted via fax. The advantage of a fax transmission is that it contains the client signature authorising the hours to be paid to the contractor.
