We need you to build a tool for us that takes an file with contents (text, formatting, borders, dropdownlists, button, input cells etc) and JavaScript and creates a PDF-form using it.

The input file is probably an XML-file similar to Lazlo, see http://www.laszlosystems.com/lps/laszlo-in-ten-minutes/

We want you to use Java or C#. Libraries can be used if free or cheap (so pdfLib is too expensive).

You should work remotely, and it is okay if you are located in Russia, Ukraine, India or China as long as you can read and write English.
