Subject:Expert with SDK/API- Paid work

Must be able to modify an existing Plugin using SDK/API

I want to be able to require the user to enter a password to decrypt confidential information that will be on a CD.

Some travel may be required. Project term about 3 month.

Will start beginning of Jan 2007 must respond to this by Dec 24th to be considered.
