When working with an Acrobat 7 Email package they come pre-bookmarked with Arranged by Subject, Arranged by Date, and Arranged by Sender. However, when a page is removed for Non-Responsive purposes, only one of the bookmarks is removed - IF the page is removed via right-clicking a bookmark and choosing delete.

Is there a way to check for broken bookmarks and delete them? I have several PDF's based on PST's which have thousands of pages to work through. (And an attorney breathing down my neck over this.)
