Subject:Issue saving PDF forms created in Acrobat 8 Pro

Hey everyone, hopefully someone can help me sort out this issue..

I've recently created a PDF survey form, and it seems to be a hit or miss with people. Some have no issues with it, others seem to have problems saving the document. I had a friend of mine mention the exact error that pops up when he tries to save :

"The document could not be saved. There was a problem reading this document (26)"

This problem popped up in Adobe Reader 8.0 on OSX in this particular instance. Any thoughts as to what might be causing this?

Under Preferences > General... > General > deactivate "Save As
optimizes for Fast Web View". Do a "Save As" and see if this corrects

the problem.
