HELP!! I email company flyers to clients via Outlook. I convert my flyers from pdf format to jpg and then insert as a picture in Outlook. Here is the problem: I have links in the pdf's and when I save as a jpg, I lose them. How do I preserve the links?

You can't. JPG doesn't have this feature.

Is there any "picture" format that will preserve the links? eps, gif, etc?

No.
But, HTML can do this, by defining what is called an "image map".
This is a set of co-ordinates which go over a picture. So, you
may be able to get what you want. However, I very much doubt
anything would do this automatically from PDF.
What you might consider is putting the PDF on your web site and
linking to it from an introductory mail. That reduces the size of
the email too, which the recipients may prefer.
