I've got a large PDF (~300 pages) which is a long list of stores items. There are about 4 columns of data.

When search this list, the extracts in the left-hand "results" window often run on and include text from the next line down (which is no use, because it cites the code of the next item on the list).

Is there any way to force the extracts to finish at the end of a line?

Any help would be much appreciated.
