Still having problems with keyboard shrotcuts for jumping directly from a TOC entry to the topic. Bear in mind this is not a doc I created myself.
Was it not CTRL & click?

You mean you haven't found a way either? I think that's right. I can't think of any way to define custom keystrokes for a PDF. A clickable TOC is the usual thing.
